Our teachers are experienced, dedicated, friendly professionals. Teachers at KRADLE TO KINDERGARTEN PRESCHOOL are either degreed educators in early childhood or elementary education and/or have received the child development associate credential. KRADLE TO KINDERGARTEN PRESCHOOL requires all teaching staff to attend professional development courses throughout the year and receive additional onsite training in various areas. Our staff also receives safety training and is First Aid and CPR certified.

Each teacher respects, values, appreciates and accepts all children as individuals. Our teachers are strongly committed to establishing positive personal relationships with your child listening and adapting to their responses and differing needs, interests, styles and abilities. Throughout the day, the teachers are instrumental in encouraging your child to explore, create, inquire, develop self-confidence and enjoy the wonder of the world around them within the most exciting manner.

All teachers work together as a team giving each other support, this gives your child stability and a sense of security. State ratios are maintained to always ensure the safety of the children.

Teachers also receive support from a strong management team. Each team consists of a director, assistant director and office manager.
